* Read, & Remember.
Netball Rules.

1) Before Training ;
- Tuck in shirt
- Be punctual
- Nails must be cut
- Bring your 1litre water bottle
- Bring towel and whistle
- Read up your notebook and refresh your memory about the drills
- If your have something on and you are not able to attend training or will be late, inform Farzana as soon as possible. If you can't find her, inform any of your teammates to tell her.

2PM : Study/ Read book/ Wear your attire under your uniform first.
2.25PM : Assemble at foyer for team discussion.
2.45PM : Change into training attire.
2.50PM : Get ready to run.

Duties :
- Wait for instructions from Pei Zhen / Su En. They will choose who will have to go up and take the equipment cage. [Starting from Thursday, training equipments will be in the blue cage. You will need 5 people to take the equipments.]

2) During Training.
- Be alert at all times. [Stay focused during the drills. You focus point is just to get the ball, although you are a defender/attacker.]
- Whenever coach is talking, get near her and listen to her carefully.

3) After Training.
- Update notebook after every training.
- Wait for Pei Zhen/Su En's instructions. [Who is going to keep the equipments.]
- Wear back your uniform. [Unless training is during holidays, you may wear your skirt only with the training top. But, if you are wearing jersery, you have to wear your pe/other training shirts to cover up and wear your skirt.]

* Balls are not supposed to be borrowed to non-netballers unless there is a special occasion. You have the priority to use the ball anytime, anywhere, use the priority wisely, and dont go over the limits. The ball belongs to the netballers not the non-netballers.
* When you are supposed to wash the bibs, bring back the bibs to school the net day immediately. If its not dry yet, spread it over the cca room and on the fan, so it'll dry faster.
* From now on, the cca room lock will be changed to a normal key-lock. So whenever you want to enter the room, take the key from Ms Fardyana. [The lock has been changed by the school, for your own safety.]
* If you get a pink form during school hours, you will get double punishment during training.

`If any of these rules are abided ;
- 1st time >> Copy down the above 4 times in pen/pencil. Or, 100pushups.
- 2nd time >> Copy 8 times.
- 3rd time >> 3 set of suicides, with timing.

Get all these into your head. Remember!
