reminders ;

1 ) tuck in your shirt at ALL times, when you are in your school attire.
2 ) ankle sports socks is no longer allowed. all socks are to be worn above the ankle.
3 ) do not wear FBT shorts that curved up. get the straight cut kind of FBT shorts.
4 ) attendants is compulsary for all official trainings during the holidays, unless ;
- you are going overseas,
- having school activites (remedials, camps or any school programmes)
- having funeral.

if rules number 1, 2 & 3 are not abided, you will be FINED.
if rule number 4 is not abided, you answer to coach yourself.


** if you dont have proper sports socks, pls buy one before training. cotton material.
same for FBT shorts
