UPDATES :1) End of Year Result slip.
2) For those who have injuries, you need to get a letter from your doctor to verify that you are fit for training. (cassandra & suaibah its compulsary for you to get one)
3) EACH and every one of you have to think of 1 drill. (ps, make sure your drill is different from your teamates)
4) with effect from tomorrow, during the holiday trainings, EVERYONE has to assemble at the training area
2h earlier before training starts. You are required to study within that 2h. so do come prepared with your books and stuff.
5) This friday (31/10), training at leisure park. you are required to bring skipping ropes.
those who have to bring : peizhen , shi min, nicole, su en, pei xuan, hui peng ( BRING ALL THE SKIPPING ROPES ) 6) If training is held at bedok, you have to bring an extra 1litre bottle with you.
